Oklahoma Watch reporter Warren Vieth reports on questions about the Quality Jobs Program. The program is designed to give companies tax breaks for jobs created. Changes in the program now give companies already in Oklahoma incentives not to move jobs out of state. Oklahoma has paid 20 million dollars to 9 companies for jobs that were already here.
